Postdoctoral Researcher
Michele Tiberi obtained his Master’s degree in Molecular Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from the University of Milan in 2019, where he began his research on the transcription factor NFIX. He was awarded a PhD grant immediately after, allowing him to continue his work on human transcription factors, focusing on NFIX and NFY. During his PhD, he became an expert in macromolecular crystallography (MX) and cryo-EM at the University of Milan.
Since 2024, he has been working in the Chaves Lab, studying the structural biology of DNA repair proteins.
